Sakura is a telepathic person who can see and hear things most people cannot. She can hear Betterman using the "Limpet
Chanel". However, Sakura doesn't not have complete control of her body, and she even has to be hooked up to a machine
called the "Controller Unit Manage Booth" for 3 or 4 days a week. Using the Goggle equipment, she can help in determining
and understanding the Algernon threat. She is always calm, which can sometimes get very creepy. She is a Dual
Kind, a unique one even; however, she cannot be a Head Driver because she is too weak physically.
