Sai Sici fights for the nation of Neo China in the 13th Gundam Fight. His dream is to revive the Shoalin Temple, which is also his father's dream. His is accompanied by 2 members of the Temple. Sai Sici may be the youngest competitor in the Gundam Fights, but he is surely not the weakest. His Dragon Gundam can compete with just about any other Gundam. He uses fire attacks to completely burn his opponents.
