Excel is the main character of 'Excel Saga', duh. She is super energetic and crazy. Excel is the youthful member of the secret organization 'ACROSS', who's goal is to control the world and reform it. Excel has a passionate love for the leader of ACROSS, Il Paratzzo; however, Master Il Paratzzo doesn't share in Excel's love. In fact, he's killed her on more than one occation. (no worries, she's ok) Excel has a dog/emergency food source named Menchi. But Menchi doesn't seem to happy about living with Excel.
