Il Paratzzo is the leader of the secret organization, ACROSS, who's goal is world domination. Il Paratzzo is fed up with how rotten the world has become, so he enlists the assistance of ACROSS's 2 members, Excel and Hyatt. (one more capable than the other) Il Paratzzo may not look it, but he is a very powerful fighter, as seen in episodes 24 and 25. Il Paratzzo is the object of Excel's deepest desires, but he could care less. In fact, he really really REALLY dislikes Excel, especially when she's hyper.
