This is another one that kind of pushes boundaries. First there was an android, then a card character, but they've all been at least 16. My hankerin' for Mimi makes me feel funny; she may be 13, but she has this cute/hott thing goin' on, nonetheless. The english dub for Duelmasters may mess up the dialouge badly, but it can be funny sometimes, and Mimi has some of the funniest lines. I was first drawn to her clueless, ditzy charm, but as the series progresses, it becomes obvious that she's not as dumb as she lets on. There you are!
