We've all seen Rurouni Kenshin so I won't go into a big explaination about Kaoru, but I will say this: um.. she's a girl. Truthfully, I don't even think of Kaoru as an anime hottie. I just figured after many years (yes, years) of the anime babe thing, I decided it was time to give Kaoru a piece of the pie. Even if I don't actually think she's hot. Although, she is an anime girl, so that right there tells you she's not ugly, she's just not especially beautiful. It was time to give props to Rurouni Kenshin and likewise, Kenshin's girl. There ya go. Do with it what you will, but that concludes this month's Anime Babe OF the Month!
